MEET NOELLE

Noelle Schnacky, served as Miss Florida’s Teen 2025 under the Miss America Organization, is a passionate advocate, author, and nonprofit founder. After losing her cousin Tyler to Congenital Heart Disease (CHD), she established Hope for Heart Kids, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to CHD awareness, education, and family support. She has since devoted over 1,000 volunteer hours, built a social media presence nearing 500,000 followers-generating nearly 5 million digital impressions per month with over 90 million unique viewers, and has helped to raise more than $150,000 to advance CHD research and resources. Noelle actively lobbies for state and national legislation, which has included the Florida Heart Bill, the National Hearts Act, the Lasting Smiles  and the Federal Congenital Heart Futures Reauthorization Act, which provides $8 million annually to support CHD-related initiatives.

Through her leadership, Hope for Heart Kids has distributed her five children’s books to hospitals and medical housing charities across the country—including Arnold Palmer Children's, Winnie Palmer Women & Babies, University of Florida/Shands Congenital Heart Center, Nemours Pediatrics and the Ronald McDonald Houses—offering strength, positivity and education to young patients and their families.

Recognized as an American Heart Association Youth Ambassador, she champions proactive cardiovascular living among youth. Her advocacy has earned local government recognition, including a proclamation declaring December 8th as Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome Awareness Day in Alachua County.  She was awarded a formal Letter of Recognition by Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer for Hope for Heart Kids and her work for the congenital heart community.

Beyond advocacy, Noelle leads in multiple arenas. Recently graduated, she captained her high school varsity cheer team, has danced competitively for 15 years, and serves in faith-based leadership through Fellowship of Christian Athletes and @JWLKRSWorship, her family’s Grammy-nominated collective. In it's third year, she also founded the "Heart of Lake Minneola High School Scholarship Competition", leaving her legacy, which empowers students while raising awareness for heart health.

With a heart for advocacy and a voice built for impact, Noelle is committed to bringing CHD awareness to the forefront, standing beside every family who has ever faced congenital heart disease, and empowering her generation to prioritize cardiovascular health before they ever need to.
